Election Commission confirms landslide victory for Student List in preliminary count

On Monday morning, the Republic Election Commission (RIK) announced that with 8,077 out of 8,392 polling stations processed, the Student List secured 52.54 percent of the vote in Serbia’s snap parliamentary elections. According to the RIK data, the “United Serbia” coalition, built around the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), won 39.29 percent of the vote. The Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) list received 2.18 percent, the Authentic Right took 0.82 percent, and the European Serbia list garnered 0.28%.
