Voter turnout in Serbia's snap parliamentary elections reached 56.4 percent by 4 PM on Sunday, according to the CRTA Election Observation Mission, with a margin of error of ±0.9 percentage points. This represents a significant increase compared to the 2023 elections, when turnout at the same time stood at 42.1 percent. Alongside the high turnout, CRTA reported numerous electoral irregularities and an increasing number of violent incidents outside polling stations. The organization had previously reported intimidation of one of its observers in Zemun, while in Kragujevac, an unknown individual falsely introduced themselves to a CRTA observer as a member of the organization's legal team.
