Election irregularities in Serbia: CeSID reports over 120 incidents, polling station openings delayed

More than 120 election irregularities were recorded at 750 polling stations across Serbia by 11 a.m. on Sunday, according to the election monitoring organization CeSID. Meanwhile, election watchdog Crta reported that 16 percent of polling stations opened more than 10 minutes late. CeSID said the reported irregularities included violations of ballot secrecy, voters photographing ballots, group and family voting, and problems with voter lists. Observers also reported disputes among election board members, interruptions in voting, issues with election materials and suspected parallel voter tracking.
