RTV director-general resigns

The Director-General of the Vojvodina public broadcaster RTV, Goran Karadzic, resigned from his post on Friday, RTV reported. Karadzic assumed the position on October 20, 2023. Prior to this appointment, he had served as RTV’s acting director-general since September 5, 2023. This comes just two days after the resignation of Serbian public broadcaster RTS Director-General, Manja Grcic. In addition, eight editors from the RTS news department were dismissed on Thursday.
