RTS CEO Manja Grcic resigns

Serbian public broadcaster (RTS) CEO Manja Grcic has resigned, N1 was told by sources at the state TV. Earlier, she was reported to have told her close associates that she was preparing to resign. She was appointed to the post in mid-February by the RTS management board and was widely viewed as a supporter of the Vucic regime. Her resignation comes amid growing pressure for changes at RTS following criticism of its reporting in recent years and demands for accountability over its coverage.
