Israel’s Foreign Ministry confirmed on Wednesday reports of an attempted terrorist attack near the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade, emphasizing that none of the embassy staff were injured. “We confirm reports of an attempted terrorist attack near the Israeli Embassy in Belgrade,” the Ministry wrote in a post on the X social media platform. Noting that “the attacker was neutralized by local police,” the Ministry added that “no embassy personnel were injured,” and that “the mission was closed at the time of the incident, which occurred late at night.”
