Nova.rs: Supreme public prosecutor issues mandatory directive to all prosecutors’ offices in Serbia

Supreme Public Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac issued a mandatory directive to all 87 public prosecutors’ offices across Serbia, requiring them to grant an oversight commission immediate access to their case files and physical work premises. The directive, obtained by Nova.rs, applies to all jurisdictions, including the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (JTOK). It states that the measure aims to ensure legality, efficiency, and uniformity across all public prosecutors, while monitoring and directing the work of the offices and supervising the implementation of general mandatory instructions.
