Berisha calls for nationwide mobilization after claiming protesters refused to target the Democratic Party headquarters

Sali Berisha has called for nationwide mobilization in support of the student protest in Tirana, urging Democratic Party structures, members and supporters to take part in tomorrow’s protest. The call came through an internal political message, in which the PD leader also presented his version of today’s developments. In the message addressed to political leaders in the regions, MPs, branch chairpersons and members of the National Council, Berisha calls for massive support for what he describes as a student revolt in Tirana. He asks for the protest to spread to other cities as well, with the participation of PD structures and citizens, mentioning municipalities, police stations and prefectures as gathering points.
