A Ukrainian drone attack in the Russian border city of Belgorod killed three people and injured 13 others. A separate attack later in a neighboring village killed one person and injured another. Mayor Valentin Demidov said the death toll from last night’s attack had risen after another injured man died in hospital. He described the incident as a great tragedy for the city’s residents.
