Clashes at Education Ministry as Tirana protest brings back stones and water cannon

Tensions flared during Tuesday’s protest in Tirana after it began near the Prime Minister’s Office. According to official accounts and footage from the scene, stones were thrown at the Ministry of Education, police used water cannon and pepper spray, and businesses on Durrës Road pulled down their shutters.
